Laura Cain, manager at Balleysleih Day Service in Ramsey, has received the Care, Quality and Compassion Award at Praxis Care’s annual awards.
Praxis Care is a charity supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental ill health and dementia across the UK, Ireland, and the island.
The award recognises Laura’s exceptional dedication to empowering the adults with learning disabilities supported by the service.
Laura was honoured for her outstanding commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

The award reflects the profound impact Laura and her team have on the lives of the 15 adults who use the service, providing a safe environment to develop skills and participate in the community.
