Permission has been granted for Graylaw International to move its distribution centre to Cooil Road.
The development will include warehouse, office, maintenance and ancillary buildings.
The decision follows an earlier outline approval (22/00416/B) and was finalised at a Planning Committee meeting on January 26, 2026
The application (reference 25/90887/REM) submitted in October 2025 sought approval of all reserved details for the development, which will support the island’s commercial infrastructure by providing modern logistics and workspace facilities once built.
Infrastructure
The proposed facility at Eden Park is purpose-designed to meet their specific requirements.
“The proposed facility will improve sustainability and efficiency through modern logistics infrastructure, enabling them to grow operations and better serve island-wide demand,” the statement adds.
The new development is expected to support business growth and employment.
“Graylaws currently employ approximately 30 staff across their existing island operations. It is anticipated the new facility will support an increase to at least 40 staff,” the application states.
