The government has approved changes to the political memberships of two government departments.
Douglas North MHK John Wannenburgh has been appointed to the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture (DEFA).
Middle MHK Stu Peters and Legislative Council member Kirstie Morphet will join the Department of Infrastructure (DoI).
Announcing the changes, Chief Minister Alfred Cannan said he was “delighted” the three members had agreed to take on the new responsibilities.
He added: “Serving in departments and boards is a way for members to make a valuable contribution to our Island community. I am grateful to those who have stepped forward to serve.”
