Prospero Facilities Services acquired Descon Ltd, a long‑established local specialist in commercial interiors and storage solutions.
The move brings together two companies that have collaborated for more than two decades, formalising a long‑standing working relationship.
Descon, known for its bespoke interior fit‑outs and refurbishment projects, will now operate from Prospero’s headquarters at Sailmaker House in Douglas.

The deal forms part of Prospero’s broader strategy to grow its service portfolio while investing in established island businesses with skilled teams.
