Ryan Corrin and Corbyn Schade smashed their 5km personal bests at Battersea Park, continuing an impressive run of form for the two Manx athletes.
Competing in separate races at the latest Friday Night Under the Lights event in London, Corrin (Manx Harriers) clocked a superb 15:09, while Schade (Western AC) followed with an equally strong 15:24.
Both times mark significant improvements on their previous road 5km bests.
The pair have been steadily lowering their marks throughout the season, and their latest performances underline the momentum they’re carrying into the spring.
Coaches and supporters say the progress reflects consistent training, smart racing and growing confidence at UK‑level events.
