Creative Media students from University College Isle of Man have unveiled a new installation created for pupils at Scoill yn Jubilee’s juniors site.
The Level 3 students spent several weeks developing artwork that reflects the values and feelings of children in Years 3 to 6.
As part of the project, they met with pupils multiple times to ensure the final design represented their views.

Alongside producing the installation, the students also filmed a short documentary and worked with local suppliers to bring the project to completion.
Michael Ulyatt, Head of UCM’s Digital Enterprise Faculty, said live projects give students valuable experience in communication, stakeholder engagement and time management.
Scoill yn Jubilee Executive Head Maxim Kelly said the school was “absolutely delighted” with the final piece and praised the professionalism of the students.
The documentary created by the students is available on UCM’s website and YouTube channel.
