Douglas Rugby Club gets its Regional 2 North West campaign underway today at home to North Ribblesdale.
The Settle based side were promoted last season after a perfect record of 22 wins from 22 games.
However, Douglas have some fresh faces and are looking confident going into the season.
The club said: “The squad has been working hard through pre-season, and with expectations high, all eyes are on the big kick-off.”
Kick off at Port-e-Chee will be at 2pm.
