A Very ‘Meh’ Weekend

The only way I could think to describe the weather forecast this weekend is ‘meh’.

The past week has been cold, wet and windy, with the occasional moment of sunshine – which tbf is what this weekend has in store too.

There will be sunny intervals today (September 28) with the risk of a few showers through the morning.

Moderate to fresh mainly westerly wind and a highest temperature of 14°C.

Also, we now only have twelve hours of sunshine which is a bit rubbish and a clear indicator that winter (AHHHGGHHHHH) is on its unwelcome way.

Sunrise is shortly upon us at 7:16am, and the sun will set at 7:01pm.

A Big Fat Meh

It’ll be cloudy but dry at first tomorrow (September 29), with outbreaks of rain (10-20mm) arriving in the afternoon.

Fresh to strong south-easterly winds increasing a strong to gale force in the afternoon – bloody glorious. HAPPY SUNDAY.

Highest temperature of 12°C, but who cares about that when we are going to get beaten by 40-50mph winds.

Outlook

The last day of September on Monday is quite the improvement. Occasional rain is forecast, tending to clear in the afternoon/evening.

The wind will also start to calm down with N or NE 10-15, quickly backing N or NW 15-20, backing NW 20-25 in the afternoon, veering N 15-20 overnight into Tuesday.

October 1….. I’m not sure how its October already, as September has gone in the blink of an eye.

Tuesday is forecast to be pretty alright as it’ll be mainly dry with sunny intervals.

We won’t be getting a beating from the wind either as its forecast to be N 15-20, soon decreasing 10-15, veering E or NE 5-15 later.

Have a good weekend!!! Make the most of tomorrow and Sunday morning!
