Cai Lewis has produced another superb run to slice almost two seconds off his 1500 metres personal best time which he set just a fortnight ago.
The 18-year-old Millfield School student was again in action in a BMC (British Milers Club) Meeting, this time at Birmingham University, clocking a fantastic time of 3:51.78.
The time of the Northern AC athlete is only 2.52 seconds shy of David Mullarkey’s Isle of Man Junior Men’s record, set in 2019, and Cai will have another year in this age group.
