An addiction charity on the Isle of Man says an anti-overdose drug has saved 35 lives in the last four years.
Naloxone is a nasal spray used when someone overdoses on opioids such as heroin.
Motiv8 held its first-ever peer-led Naloxone drop-in session at the Loch Prom Church last year.
Since then the charity has worked with public health to raise awareness and get kits out there for emergency situations.
