An urgent security issue has been added to next week’s Tynwald agenda.
Onchan MHK Julie Edge will ask the Chief Minister what assessment has been made of the implications for the island following recent events in Belfast.
Ms Edge will also ask what further security measures have been introduced at the island’s ports of arrival as a result.
Permission for the urgent question was given by the President of Tynwald.
