Police in the west are asking for witnesses after a walker was bitten by a dog in Crosby.
It happened at about 10am this morning on the Eyreton Road, Crosby
Police said the female walker was heading up the road when she was bitten by the dog “causing minor injuries”.
They said: “Dog described as a collie breed and the male owner in his 60s. The dog was off the lead when this has happened. Dog and owner were walking down the road at the time.”
