Police in the North of the Island are investigating the theft of a vinyl faced aluminium sign from the Ayres National Nature Reserve on Smeale beach road.
The sign holds information on the byelaws of the Nature Reserve.
A sign has also been removed from the nature trail from outside the visitor centre at Ballaghennie.
