A public appeal has been issued after Dolly, a 13‑year‑old, three‑legged Chihuahua mix, went missing from Ashley Park in Onchan at around 12pm yesterday.
Noodle’s Canine Rescue is asking residents in the Upper Onchan area, particularly around Ashley Hill School and Onchan School, to check gardens, sheds and outbuildings as the search continues.
The last known location is recorded as What3Words: ended.wider.watched, and volunteers have mapped a 400‑metre search radius around the point of her final sighting.
NCR says drone operations were carried out but had to pause due to TT flight restrictions, which remain in place until 6pm.
Members of the public are urged not to approach Dolly if they see her, as she may be frightened and could run. Instead, sightings should be reported immediately to Aaron on 332091.
NCR has reminded volunteers that safety must come first, and that the organisation accepts no liability for anyone choosing to join the search.
