Boston Multi Family Office has strengthened its Isle of Man fiduciary team with the appointment of David Shefford as Senior Manager.
Shefford brings more than four decades of financial services experience, having held senior roles in Jersey, Mauritius and the Isle of Man.
He has worked extensively with high‑net‑worth private and corporate clients, specialising in multi‑jurisdictional fiduciary structures.

In his new role, he will oversee a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities while providing strategic leadership across the fiduciary division.
A member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, Shefford also brings specialist knowledge in managing high‑value luxury assets, particularly yachts and aircraft.
He said he was joining the firm “at a time of growth”, adding that Boston’s blend of technical expertise and client focus was a key draw.
Sion Roberts, Director of Boston’s Isle of Man office, said Shefford’s experience in complex asset structures, especially within the yachting sector, would be “invaluable” as client needs continue to evolve.
