Isle of Cider has submitted an application to change the use of a Balthane Park industrial unit to establish a micro-brewery.
The company proposes to hire Unit 73’s for the production of cider, mead and spirits, alongside a bonded warehouse, trade counter and bar area for tours.
In a cover letter the company said its plans to have a “trade counter open to public for goods produced and stored onsite” and “bar area for organised group tours and tastings”.
