Cains has appointed Caren Pegg as Director and Head of Employment & Regulatory, and joining the firm’s Board.
A top‑ranked advocate in dispute resolution and employment law, Ms Pegg brings extensive experience in commercial and regulatory disputes, sanctions, fraud, insolvency and data breaches.
She is also recognised in the Legal 500 ‘Hall of Fame’ and is a CEDR‑accredited mediator.
She has played a key role in major Isle of Man legislative developments through her work with the Chamber of Commerce, where she previously served as President.
