A painter at Ronaldsway will be unlikely to live this down for a while after the airport revealed they have misspelt car park.
The airport posted the unfortunate gaffe itself on Facebook.
After works done at the airport, the entrance to its car park now reads CAR PAPK.
Ronaldsway bosses said: ”We’ve got some serious Picasso vibes going on here! Who needs spell check when you’ve got creativity on your side, right?
‘Remember folks, kindness is key! So let’s give a round of applause to our dedicated painter, who’s turning “papk” into a masterpiece, one letter at a time!
‘Be kind, laugh often, and embrace life’s little typos, until the team return shortly to fix it!’
The airport said the matter will resolved when the painting team returns to the airport. No-one would confirm or deny rumours they were painting a sign for a school tuck shop.
