The Royal Manx Agricultural Society is inviting expressions of interest from caterers wishing to operate at next year’s Royal Manx Agricultural Show.

The move comes as the Society introduces a new fixed‑fee system to replace the previous tender process.

For the 2026 event, outside caterers will be charged a set amount for the two show days: £400 for coffee vans and £700 for food outlets.

The Society says the change is intended to simplify the process and complement its own refreshment offerings.

Catering at Show

Spaces remain limited, and submitting an expression of interest does not guarantee a pitch. All applications will be reviewed, with the number of concessions capped.

Caterers must provide a full menu and details of the ground space required. The Society has confirmed that electricity points will not be available for external outlets. Full catering terms and conditions are available online.

Expressions of interest should be emailed to secretary@royalmanx.com or posted to the Secretary at Ballaleece Farm, Peel Road, St John’s, IM4 3NB.

The deadline for applications is May 1.
