Vendors are being invited to submit offers to operate mobile catering at the Quarterbridge Car Park during TT 2026.
The Department has confirmed that all catering vehicles must be registered on the mobile food premises register maintained by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture.
Operators will also be responsible for securing any required trader’s licence.
Interested applicants must submit their offers to Ellen Collister, Commercial Asset Manager for the Public Estates and Housing Division, either at the Sea Terminal Building in Douglas or via email at Ellen.Collister@gov.im.
The deadline for submissions is 12 noon on Friday, April 24.
