Chief Minister Alfred Cannan has been getting out and about to meet the students at the QEII High School.
The Chief was given a guided tour of the school and spent time speaking to students and teaching staff.
The Chief Minister said: “The staff and students made me very welcome and it was great to hear first-hand about the challenges and opportunities in education today.
“I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to answer questions from students ranging from my proudest moment as Chief Minister to the appeal of the Island to young people now and in the future.”
