A group of local children completed a major fundraising effort at the weekend.
They tackled a tough walk from Laxey Beach to the summit of Snaefell to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society Isle of Man.
The route covers around six miles and climbs more than 2,000 feet, a demanding challenge even for experienced walkers, let alone youngsters.
The fundraiser, led by Vicky Quilliam, has already brought in £830 towards a £1,000 target, with donations continuing to come in. All money raised will go directly to the MS Society Isle of Man.
Organisers say every contribution helps motivate the children and adults taking part and will support vital services for people living with MS on the island.
