Aimee Christian enjoyed a standout weekend in Sheffield as she represented Chester University at the British Universities (BUCS) Indoor Championships.
She produced three new indoor personal bests across three consecutive days of competition.
Christian opened her campaign on Friday (February 13) with a 9.66‑second run in the 60m hurdles.

She followed it up on Saturday (February 14) with two more lifetime bests: 59.72 in the 400m and 26.97 in the 200m, a performance strong enough to secure her place in Sunday’s semi‑finals.
She clocked 27.01 in that round, a result likely affected by another athlete falling in the home straight.
The weekend marked an impressive and productive outing for Christian, who made full use of her trip by competing in multiple events.
