The Broadway Cinema will be temporarily closed from Monday to allow for essential building work and updates.
It will reopen on Monday September 29.
To mark the reopening, the cinema at the Villa Marina will be showing matinee and evening screenings of Downton Abbey: The Grand Finale.
The Villa Gaiety said: “For this week only, the cinema will be open on Monday 29 and Tuesday 30 for evening screenings.
“After this week, we will return to our usual schedule whereby the cinema will be closed on Monday and Tuesday evenings, unless there is a specific event cinema screening.”
