Malew AFC is deeply saddened by the passing of a much-loved supporter of the club, Dottie Kinnish.
Dottie was the devoted wife of the late, former goalkeeper and trustee, Brian Kinnish.
The club said: “Dot was a familiar and welcome presence around the club over many years, always supporting Malew and giving unwavering support to her husband in everything he did for the club.
“Her quiet encouragement and loyalty meant a great deal and never went unnoticed.”
Family Connection to Club
Dot’s connection to Malew AFC lives on through her son Michael who is following in his fathers footsteps as a trustee.
Whilst granddaughter Ella continues the family’s proud association with the club as a valued member of the ladies team.
The club’s thoughts are with Michael, Anna and all of Dottie’s family and friends at this sad time.
