Last night (September 12) Douglas Coastguards were called to assist with a medical transfer from Nobles Hospital.
A medical transfer helicopter was needed to fly a patient to the UK from Nobles.
The coastguards crews were called shortly after 10pm and returned by midnight.
Douglas Coastguard Rescue Team wished the patient a speed recovery.
