Police in Peel had a very welcome surprise visit this week.
‘The Peel Cake Lady’ visited the station with some lovely cakes and also a fantastic picture of the officers.
The Western Neighbourhood Policing Team said: “The cakes are always such a lovely surprise, but the picture was completely unexpected; and really left us lost for words.
“This is such an amazing and special gift that will be both cherished and take pride of place in the Police Station. We would to thank the ‘The Peel Cake Lady’ for the tasty cakes and also this thoughtful gift.
“The whole team feels very fortunate to work for such a fantastic community. Thank you so much.”
