Peel host Corinthians this weekend, already needing a win to prevent a bigger gap opening up between them and the top of the league.
The Ballafletcher side are one of three teams with perfect starts alongside Laxey and Rushen.
Defending champions Peel have picked up four points from their opening games, while the whites are three from three on nine points.
Laxey will look to continue their fine early season form as Ayre, twice champions in the last four years, visit Glen Road.
The other team with a 100% record in the top flight, Rushen, face Old Boys on Saturday, with the home side yet to pick up a point after their return to the Premier League.
Elsewhere in the league, Foxdale host Union Mills, Ramsey visit Onchan and its the battle of the saints as St Mary’s travel to St John’s.
Div Two
It’s top versus bottom in Division Two as D&D host Castletown, with the sides having very opposing starts from their first three games.
Colby will also be hoping for a result for D&D as they look to close the gap at the top when they head to Douglas Royal.
Due to the nature of the second division this season, it gets a bit odd as Marown, Malew and Pulrose also have perfect records so far, but have only played one, one and two games respectively.
Marown, fresh from their win over St Georges, welcome Pulrose to Tom Curphey’s favourite parish while Malew face Governors Athletic.
