Creamery MD Findlay Macleod and director of sales Tim Sayers have been over in America promoting Manx cheese.
During their trip to Miami, they were able to promote the cooperative’s Mature Cheddar, St Patrick’s Isle, in Publix stores.
The Creamery said: “These store visits form a vital part of our support to retailers in the export market and allows us more opportunities to meet with customers and get valuable feedback as well as assessing opportunities for the future.
“As always our grass fed message is very popular with American consumers who love to hear that our herds have extremely high levels of animal welfare.”
