Isle of Man Creamery has picked up two category trophies at the 2026 International Cheese and Dairy Awards, strengthening its reputation on the global stage.
The Creamery won the DSM Trophy for Best Single Vintage Creamery/Block Cheddar, and the Cheese Company Trophy for Champion Modern British/Irish Cheese for its Mature Cheddar with Peppercorn.
More than 4,500 products were entered into this year’s competition, judged by around 250 experts over two days. The awards, founded in 1897, are regarded as one of the industry’s most respected benchmarks of quality.
Interim Managing Director Stephen Keeley said the recognition reflected the dedication of farmers, cheesemakers and staff, and showcased the quality of Manx milk.
He said the awards give customers and retail partners confidence that they are choosing cheeses “recognised among the very best in the industry”.
The Creamery says the accolades further cement its position as a producer of premium cheeses celebrated internationally.
