Firefighters from Peel and Rushen stations responded to a property fire in Glen Maye this afternoon.
Emergency crews were mobilised at around 4:50pm by the Emergency Services Joint Control Room following reports of a fire at a property in the area.
On arrival, firefighters discovered a well-developed blaze in the upstairs section of the building.
The incident commander confirmed that all occupants had safely evacuated the property before crews began firefighting operations.
Three breathing apparatus teams were deployed with hose reels to bring the fire under control, while a thermal imaging camera was used to check for any spread within the structure.
Fire crews remained at the scene for approximately 90 minutes before standing down. No injuries were reported.
