Douglas Athletic welcomed a team of military veterans to the island this weekend for a game at Springfield Road.
The side hosted Liverpool Military Veterans for the friendly.
DAFC won the game 3-4 thanks to goals from Carl Wagstaffe, Daniel Hutton and two from Will Penharulick.
The club said: “We want to say a massive thank you to the lads who made the trip over and we’re hugely looking forward to the return leg on the main land!”
Great stuff, not sure about the mainland though!
