A new documentary from the makers of Doctor Who celebrates the life and career of Manx actor Dursley McLinden.
Looking for Dursley is part of a new release celebrating the 25th series of Doctor Who, starring Sylvester McCoy as the Seventh Doctor.
The actor played Mike Smith in the classic 1988 serial Remembrance of the Dalek and was friends was Doctor Who producer and show runner Russell T Davies.
The documentary includes interviews with Dursley’s family and friends and several Doctor Who alumni, including Sophie Aldred, Nicola Bryant and Davies.
News of the documentary was shared by Manx poet Simon Maddrell.
As well as appearing in Doctor Who, McLinden also featured alongside Rowan Atkinson in an episode of Mr Bean, amongst other roles
It appears the documentary is currently only available as part of the Doctor Who boxset, more info can be found here.
