Douglas RUFC continued their fine season with a tight win away at Firwood Waterloo.
The win takes them within three points of Sandbach at the top of Regional Two North West with a game in hand.
Scrum-half Nathan Robson opened the scoring with a quick thinking tap and go penalty, which was converted before the hosts scored a try of their own to level 7-7.
Robson went on to kick two penalties and converted from a Matty Wood try to give Douglas a 7-20 lead at the break.
Despite a Firwood fightback, Harry Hewson touched down in the second half to secure a 21-25 win for the Manx side.
Douglas are back at home on Saturday when they face Widnes.
