Michael Dunlop made it eight Supersport wins in a row as he claimed his 32nd TT win.
Manx sporting royalty set the race off as Sir Mark Cavendish lowered the flag as the riders got the tap on the shoulder.
Dunlop blitzed Dean Harrison in second, leading by 1.9 seconds at the end of lap one, which he stretched out to 13.3 seconds at Bungalow and 17 seconds at Glen Helen on lap three.
By the time they were back up the Mountain on the final lap, Dunlop, on the Ducati V2 Panigale, was 24.9 seconds, hitting a 127.771, 26 seconds ahead of Harrison.
Behind them Davey Todd came third after James Hillier stopped due to a mechanical fault on lap two.
James Hind and Paul Jordan were within two seconds of each other at Bungalow back in fourth with the latter just doing enough to hold on.
