Public Health Isle of Man warns that diarrhoea and vomiting bugs are circulating the Isle of Man.
D&V spreads quickly in schools and nurseries, and is often caused by a stomach bug and should stop in a few days.
To prevent catching the bug, people are advised to wash their hands with soap and water for 20 seconds throughout the day.
If you have symptoms, you should follow the 48-hour rule stay home from school, work or public places until you have not been sick or had diarrhoea for at least two days.
