Islands Energy Group is bringing its customer service call centre back to the Isle of Man.
The new call centre will be Isle of Man-based but serve customers across all three islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey, and Jersey.
It follows the recent reopening of the Isle of Man Energy reception desk after nearly a two year absence.

Graeme Millar, CEO of Islands Energy Group, said: “Our vision is to be a company that truly reflects the communities we serve.
“By returning our call centre to the Isle of Man, we’re not just improving service—we’re building a stronger connection with our customers and investing in the future of our islands.
“We’re proud to be creating jobs locally and ensuring our service is delivered by people who live here and understand what matters most to our customers.”
The call centre is expected to be fully operational by Spring 2026.
