Visit Isle of Man is inviting proposals from retail and visitor service businesses for the newly constructed kiosks in the Sea Terminal concourse.
The agency, which is part of the Department for Enterprise, welcomes applications from businesses that supports promotion of local produce and services, and complements the offering of the Welcome Centre.
There are five units available, which range from £2,250 to £5,550 per annum.
You are unable to sell: takeaway hot and cold drinks, as well as confectionary, literature and publications that are not locally produced, and goods or services that would be in direct competition with the tenants already situated in the building.
Unit 1
- Approximately 155 sqft gross internal floor area
- Rental offers invited in region of £5,500 per annum plus VAT or pro-rata
Units 2 – 5
- Approximately 77 sqft gross internal floor area
- Rental offers invited in region of £2,250 per annum plus VAT or pro-rata
All united have power and lighting, but are subject to a service charge.
Its worth noting that there is no water or drainage in the units, no additional storage space is available and the rental doesn’t include parking at the ferry terminal.

If you’re interested, proposals from potential tenants should include:
- Detail of the business and team delivering it
- Why the business will be suited to the Sea Terminal
- Proposed use and operating hours of the business
- Preferred lease length
- Offer of Rental
- Number of staff working at or from the unit
