FBI agents will join the 2025 Isle of Man Countering Financial Crime Conference to share insights from a major international fraud case.
The event, hosted at the Villa Marina on September 3, will feature a case study on a $2 billion fraud and money laundering scheme involving a Florida insurance mogul.
Chief Minister Alf Cannan will open the conference, which includes discussions on organised crime, virtual asset abuse, money laundering and UK art market enforcement.
The Isle of Man’s upcoming MONEYVAL evaluation in 2026 will also be a key focus, with a panel taking audience questions.
Tickets, priced at £60, include access to presentations, Q&A sessions, and refreshments.
The event is organised by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority alongside agencies such as the AML/CFT Policy Office, Gambling Supervision Commission, and Customs and Immigration.
