The weather and the tides are creating travel havoc for the Steam Packet which has had to delay this evenings sailings.
Manxman was due to depart Douglas for Heysham at 7:20pm today, but due to tidal conditions in Douglas the sailing has now been rescheduled to depart at 9pm.
This sailing is also subject to cancellation or disruption due to the current weather forecast.
Manxman is then due to depart Heysham at 2:15am tomorrow morning, but is subject to possible disruption or cancellation.
The Master of the ship will make a final decision on both sailings by 7pm this evening.
Manannan Disruption
Manannan was due to leave Douglas at 4:30pm, but due to earlier weather delay’s this sailing has been rescheduled and will now depart at 7:30pm.
Passengers are asked to check-in no later than 6:45pm.
The fast craft will then leave Liverpool at 11:59pm, not 9pm – passengers are asked to check-in no later than 11pm.
Finally (hopefully), Manannan is then due to leave Liverpool again at 4am tomorrow morning, but this sailing is subject to possible disruption or cancellation.
To give this sailing every opportunity to take place a final decision will be made by the Master by 8pm this evening.
