I spoke too soon last weekend, as this weekend and next week we will remember all too well what it’s like to have chill blains.
Over the coming days we will see the DREADED 3C, 2C and brace yourself, 1C.
I’m not happy, you’re not happy, and my horses are certainly not happy about it.
But, we are on the countdown to the shortest day, 36 days to go and it’s basically spring… right?
Weather
We start off strong today with any patchy rain at first soon dying out, leaving the rest of the day dry but cloudy.
The strong east or northeast winds will gradually ease as the day goes on, the maximum temperature 10 or 11°C.
Dry tomorrow with sunshine developing after a cloudy start, and winds will continue to ease.
F&^$%*g Cold
It’s f******g cold, will be the infamous phrase you will all be throwing around next week.
Monday prepare for lows of 4C, however the good news is the wind will have buggered off and it’ll be a mainly dry day.
EVEN f******g colder on Tuesday, with lows of 2C forecast – this is your warning to dig out your thermals, your heated everythings, and of course a sexy ol’ bobble hat.
Good news, it’ll be bright, bad news there will be a risk of showers and strong winds will develop later on.

We are in a mercury retrograde, if you’re a keen reader of my ridiculous and often inappropriate weather forecasts you’ll know what they are.
If you’re not, what other nonsense have you been reading?! This is the only nonsense to read!
In a nutshell, mercury retrogrades are notorious for travel chaos, people having menty b’s and just a bit of an all round Sugar Honey Ice Tea show.
