A couple in the north of the island have started a catering company with sustainability and local produce at the forefront of the operation.
Farmer, Sam Morrey and his partner Dee Prophet, an experienced chef, have started North Harvest.
Together, Sam and Dee hope to bring a “real taste of the Isle of Man to every plate”.
Farm to Table
The pair said: “We work with Manx farmers, small producers, and local shops to keep our menus fresh, seasonal, and rooted in the island we love.”
Serving food in a converted double decker bus, the pair will be making their debut at Silly Moos’ campsite this TT.
With local produce being the beating heart of the business, the menu is flooded with ingredients from familiar Manx producers such as Andreas Meats, Ross Bakery and none other than Steady Al’s potatoes.
Fear not food lovers, for those who aren’t camping at Silly Moos this TT you can still pop in and fill your face with some real Manx goodness.
