The Isle of Man Fire and Rescue Service is holding ‘Come and Try it’ sessions to recruit firefighters.
The ‘Come and Try it sessions’ are an opportunity to try the bleep test, wear a BA set and try rolling out and making up hose.
It’s also an opportunity to look at some of the other tests such as the pump assembly test, as well as asking questions and talk to those currently doing the job.
The last remaining try it nights will be held at Douglas Fire Station on February 13, with a female only session being held tomorrow (February 4).
If you want to get involved, you just need to turn up between 6:15pm and 8pm.
