Tim Crookall is back at the wheel in DoI, replacing Dr Michelle Haywood in the top job.
He has said: “I am delighted to be returning to the Department of Infrastructure.
“My week one priorities will be to pause the rollout of 20 mph schemes and to reset the relationship with local authorities by taking stock of the Local Government (Amendment) Bill and Waste Strategy.”
How he manages this first aim will be interesting since it is the stated will of Tynwald and the poles have already gone up in some places.
