Nathan Harrison says this year’s TT was the one he needed after securing a stunning fourth place in the Superbike race and multiple top-10 finishes.
The 26-year-old, who underwent ankle fusion surgery last September, described his comeback as proof of his potential.
“Wow, what a TT that was! P4 in a Superbike TT 😂🤯,” Harrison said. “2025 you were the year I know I was capable of and the year I needed.”
Recovery
After cutting his 2024 season short due to injury, Harrison faced a gruelling recovery.
He said: “Three months of winter in a cast, learning to walk again and then getting back to fitness, I knew what I’d be capable of.”
His determination paid off with standout results, including a 131.270mph lap from a standing start and consistent 130mph+ speeds.]
Harrison also hit back at early-season sceptics after forming his own H&H Motorcycles team.
“It was hard not to read the comments online saying I’m not good enough, lost my chances, waste of bikes,” he admitted. “Safe to say I think after that TT I let them people know I can ride a bike and I can run towards the front.”
He reserved special praise for his team, family, and medical staff, saying: “A massive thanks to my Dad, Mum ❤️, Glenn, Roisin, family, H&H team for a faultless week.”
Harrison added: “A big thanks to the TT organisers, marshals and medics for making the event possible. Especially with the tough conditions they have had to deal with.”
