Port St Mary RNLI crew have scored a hat trick in their recent assessments.
Over the two days RNLI Trainer Assessor, Spud, came over to give the crew a rigorous testing.
Rob Marshall, the team’s newest Coxwain was assessed on the theory side before taking his crew to sea for an almost four hour evening practical test.
He passed his assessment in tough conditions and through some quite taxing scenarios.
Juan Maddrell passed out as competent Tier 2 Crew and Alan Teare passed out as Launch Vehicle driver.
