Manx National Heritage is inviting residents to a public consultation on its plans for a visitors centre at the Laxey Wheel.
It had to shelve previous plans after a backlash led by historian Charles Guard.
The news plans show a more sympathetic structure at the entrance to the heritage site.
MNH will host a public session at the Laxey Sailing Club, Tent Road, Laxey on Thursday November 21 from 3pm to 6pm.
You can also view the plans at the Manx Museum, where they are on display until 4:30pm on Tuesday November 19.
