Update: The issue has been resolved and the race will begin at 4pm!
Officials have announced a 60 minute delay to the first Sportbike race.
The race was due to start at 3:15.
With the riders beginning to line up, the race was paused and pushed back.
Officials said: “The Clerk of the Course has confirmed a 1-hour delay to the start of the Carole Nash Sportbike TT Race due to a non-racing operational matter.”
The race is due to begin at 4:15pm.
