The government’s Housing Agency is facing renewed scrutiny after Onchan MHK Julie Edge submitted two written questions to the Minister for Infrastructure.
Edge is seeking clarity on both governance and long‑term planning within the body.
In the first question, Edge asked the Minister to publish full attendance records for the Housing Agency since its formation.
Her request covers a) political members, b) external members, and c) officers.
Edge’s second written question presses further into the Agency’s strategic direction.
She asked the Minister whether the Housing Agency has a costed housing development plan, and if so, whether he will publish it and explain how such a plan would be funded.
Both questions are scheduled for written answer on April 30.
