Bullfinch Recruitment, a talent partner specialising in the iGaming sector, has made a series of new appointments.
Andrew Shimmin has been made Managing Director, along with collaborations with two independent consultants as part of its trusted network.
Rob Power has been appointed Vice President of Growth & Customer Experience, whilst Alice Dodd joins as Senior Talent Consultant.

Andrew brings nearly a decade of experience in talent acquisition, including senior roles at PokerStars and Apex Group.
Andrew will be leading Bullfinch into its next phase of growth — with a focus on speed, quality, and compliance in every hire.

Formerly Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Pragmatic Play, Scopely and PokerStars, Rob initially engaged with Bullfinch as a customer.
“Becoming part of Bullfinch feels natural—I’ve seen firsthand the company’s ability to disrupt the market,” Rob said. “I’m excited to help shape both client experience and strategic expansion.”
With a proven track record placing senior talent across iGaming markets, Alice brings a nuanced understanding of candidate and client needs.
Her approach will focus on strengthening Bullfinch’s delivery across commercial and technology teams.
